Do the full versions of rhythm game songs even contain original content? The long version of Dark Legacy, for example, is just a looped version of the short version (that's part of why I actually prefer the short version...). Are we cutting out all looped songs?

We haven't really applied the in-game argument like that in the past though either. For example, even though Asgore and Bergentruckung are one song in the game, they weren't allowed in the contest as one song because they're separate on the soundtrack.

I'm not Azuarc, but assuming the ruling issued on White Light/Over The Clouds holds, gotta make do with the short version. If it's not in the game in full, there's no sale on the complete Super Arrange (and that's if elligible, obv).

Aren't there a good number of songs that have been in the contest where only the short version plays in game?

I think it makes sense to always be as inclusive as possible. If something's on the borderline, include it. To who's benefit is banning it?

There are tons of games that had their soundtracks released before the game actually came out. I'm astounded that people are actually debating the eligibility of stuff like that.
